The first movie in the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy is about to be released which means the hype is in full swing as is criticism. Ever since the release of the books we’ve heard (and discussed) how Fifty Shades is Abuse. How Fifty Shades doesn’t represent what BDSM and D/s is all about. Let’s talk about the reality of Fifty Shades, how it does represent an abusive relationship but that this is also something that happens in D/s relationships. There are dom/mes like Christian Grey, and this sad reality can’t be ignored.
