Oh well. Here’s my trip report from the NY Rubber Ball and Miss Rubber World 2013. I was the first runner up and there’s lots of tales of music mishaps, diner dates and rubber rubber rubber! This isn’t an exhaustive review of the event as I saw little of this year’s New York Rubber Ball (except for backstage!) but you’ll hear everything that happened to me over the weekend.

Last year I entered the Miss Rubber World pageant and was told I placed 4th, but only the top three really placed, so, huzzah? It was a lot of fun and extremely tiring last year, so who am I to pass up the opportunity for lots of fun and a day or two of sleep afterward? Last year I did a strange performance and this year I am planning something equally off the wall! It’s this Saturday night, so if you are in NY you have no reason not to come down!
